A Burger King brawl in North Carolina that was recorded on cell phone video offered perhaps a new definition of having it your way. The co-ed fight involving multiple participants began in the parking lot and then worked its way into the fast-food restaurant and out again. The struggle featured flying fists and chairs, and one man was wielding a pipe of some kind. According to one of the bystanders to the violent, WWE-style altercation, it’s just a “typical day in the city of Charlotte.” To put it another way, if it’s Thursday or any other day for that matter across America, it must be time for another fast-food freakout. The NSFW video (for language, content, and volume) is embedded below. Comments made near the end of the video suggested the melee may have been prompted by a woman who was allegedly cheating on her husband or boyfriend. The “coppers,” as one customer puts it, finally show up as the video concludes. The LiveLeakposting indicates that the mayhem occurred during lunchtime at the Burger King outlet on Nations Ford Road in Charlotte. As of yet, there are no reports of arrests being made, but this story will be updated as developments warrant. It has to be said that this video is out of the ordinary because it is one of the few of this kind that actually uses landscape mode to capture all the action, so it’s got that going for it. “The best part of the clip… has to be the guy who is still trying to eat his value meal left on top of the trash can and telling everybody to ‘stop looking amazed’ because ‘it’s going down.’ On a side note, maybe the reason why it takes the police so long to show up to these things is because instead of using our phones to ‘dial the coppers,’ we’re all using them as cameras so we can get those three million hits on YouTube, baby,” the Mandatory.com website quipped. Earlier this month, a wild brawl broke out at a Denny’s in Hampton, Virginia, which was also captured by a cell phone camera. Cops are still investigating the early morning incident. While fast-food or fast-casual restaurants have devolved into America’s war zones in some instances, the problem isn’t merely restricted to sit-down dining. Two Florida men recently brawled in the deli aisle of an Orlando-area Publix supermarket. In a confrontation that made national headlines, two women got into a scuffle in the shampoo aisle of an Indiana Walmart.
